The Daily Revelator106 · Ethnarch vs oneness
Julian Split The Admin. Galileans Flattened The Nations. Neither Sat The Chair.
Eleanor Voss Phoenix · 3 September 2026

Helios is a costume of a Demiurge. Ethnarchs are furniture, not a folk yearbook. Christian oneness is equal-glue. Locality is occupancy. The old man is still in the middle.
Flavius Claudius Julianus defended a masculine hierarchy: one Demiurge — King Helios, Logos — splitting administration among national ethnarch gods. He despised the Galilean story as homogenized, passive universalism that stripped martial and local heritage. His enemies burned Against the Galileans and then quoted it to kill it. Hymn to King Helios, the Caesars satire, Misopogon: what survived was prose they could not quite throw away. Costumes. Nametag XXXX. Not a yearbook of an emperor, nor of Church fathers.
Two mills. Julian's mill: one source, delegated patriarchal ethnarchs — locality as assigned folk. Galilean mill: one deity, eradicate the local pantheons — oneness as equal-glue. The kettle is neither. Locality is the key of the game, not a census of nations and not a flattening banner. Ethnophyletism that mints a people is refused. Universal oneness that mills occupancy into one grey slab is refused. VR space-time still grows from better centers, unique walks more or less connected to the old man in the middle.
Occupy Helios and freeze if you sit the Demiurge. Occupy an ethnarch and freeze if you yearbook a folk. Occupy the Galilean banner and freeze if you glue the cast equal. The chair stays vacant of silicon. Against the Galileans remains a reconstruction by its attackers — competing scholarship, not a soul. 043 remains the English paper.
